Pre-purchase used car inspection

It’s hard to overestimate the importance of a pre-purchase inspection. The risk of buying the wrong car is not just unexpected expensive repairs but compromised safety as well. Non-functional SRS airbag systems, loose bolts in suspension components, rotten frames, and leaking exhaust systems – that’s just a glimpse of what we see every day. To be confident in your next car, order our best-in-class pre-purchase inspection.

Reviews
"Super thorough and knowledgeable. Great service "

Adonnica
"I have only good words about "CarAdvisors". I've used them several times and each and every of them Oleg provided a comprehensive report about a car I was interested in. He helped me to save several thousand dollars by preventing purchase of a car that looked great, but had a lot of potential problems. When I'm considering to purchase a car, CarAdvisers is my first and only choice for the inspection."

Oleg
"Oleg was able to do the inspection and provide the report in the same day. I really appreciate the quick turnaround, and the report was detailed and thorough. Thank you so much!"

Lydia
"Oleg was quick to get out and inspect the vehicle we were considering same day! He did a very thorough review of the vehicle and answered numerous questions we had around the report. We are using him again due to his professionalism and thoroughness with our inspection. "

Scot
"Exceptionally thorough and an excellent communicator. I love the report length. Thank you!"

Nichole
"My first inspection with Car advisor I had a great experience, that’s why I am using and relying on Car advisor again to inspect my pre purchase vehicle!"

Consaundra
"Oleg was extremely detailed and helpful during this process. He saved me a headache, and I will definitely be using his services in the future."

Amaya
"I thought at first wow I can have someone come and pre inspect a car/s before I buy it and it was a good job done but not as thorough as one would need. Most of these places mobile or not don't think about testing the monitor to see if it has been cleared and that's what happened to this car and now not even 20 days after I'm getting Catalytic converter codes. When buying a used car and if your car comes with a monitor like mine does. I don't feel this is best way to go. He did a good job but I feel as a pre inspection company you should know these things to look for going in or just test certain makes and models. This was an 08 335I BMW. So I'm very disappointed. So be careful."

Wilhelm
"Tremendous value with great customer service.. Oleg was able to meet and perform an inspection of a potential used vehicle the same day. Punctual and professional... Responded to all questions and provided much needed insight into those details that are often overlooked when purchasing a used vehicle.. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, do yourself a favor and guarantee peace of mind by giving CarAdvisors and Oleg a call"

Brendon
"Great service again"

Samuel
"Eduardo did a great job. He met me at the dealership to inspect the car and provided a thorough report. I'm thankful for his services because otherwise, I'm pretty sure I would've bought a lemon. It was worth every penny to get his advise. "

Erin
"I am so happy that I decided to get Oleg to examine the car for me. Clark Howard was right when he said that every used car should be inspected before you buy. He was on time and did a thorough job in his review and subsequent discussions with me regarding the issues. I was able to have all the issues addressed prior to purchase. This is a very valuable service. "

Jacqueline
"Loved using Car Advisors - Denis was patient, thorough, and extremely helpful. Steered me away from a bad purchase so I’m using them again until I find the right fit!"

Nichole
"Eduard did an excellent job and found several issues that would've otherwise gone unnoticed; very good attention to detail!"

Nikita
"This is my second time using caradvisors.pro for an inspection. Oleg is very professional, prompt, and thorough! He was actually complemented by my mechanic when I showed him our report! Absolutely worth the investment to save lots of money for potential repairs down the road!!! About to place another order right now!…."

Dawn
"Oleg performed an extremely thorough inspection of my car during it's 7 day test drive period. He was able to diagnose an issue with the transmission that I had observed but could not tell if it was normal or abnormal for the vehicle's transmission. He was able to show the readings that confirmed the issue at hand clearly and I ended up returning the vehicle."

Ryan
"Very thorough inspection that saved me from buying a classic car in very bad shape! Honest and knowledgable - I highly recommend. "

Mike
"Car Advisors is professional, convenient, and efficient. They know their stuff and future you will thank you for working with them to prevent unforeseen car headaches. Will def be using again. "

FAQ
?
How qualified are your mechanics?
We are a small team of specialists with master’s degrees, a deep knowledge of car electronics, and many years experience in auto inspection. We don’t hire unknown mechanics from all over the country just to expand our presence in other states.
?
What type of vehicles do you inspect?
We inspect all cars and trucks of any age and price. If a vehicle is a hybrid or is electric, we thoroughly inspect the battery and generator with a professional scan tool to make sure that these expensive parts are in working condition.
?
Can you perform a computer diagnostic for an older vehicle with a non-standard diagnostic connector(not OBD2)?
Yes, we have special connectors for a wide variety of older vehicles. So even if it doesn't have a carburetor we can perform a computer diagnostic.
?
What types of payments do you accept?
You may pay with card (debit or credit), from your account, or by cash or check after the inspection if you decide to see it in person.
?
Can I cancel an inspection that has already been ordered and scheduled?
Yes, you can cancel an inspection at any time without charge. However, it's preferred that you provide at least 1 hour before the scheduled inspection time.
?
Do you inspect vehicles on a lift?
It depends on the seller. If the seller has the facility to lift the vehicle (for example, if the seller is an auto dealer with a shop) then our specialist would inspect it on the lift. In most cases however, there is a necessity for a lift only if the test drive revealed issues with the drivetrain or suspension, and to determine the source of the problem and if it's ok to lift the car. Otherwise, inspection without a lift won't compromise the quality of the inspection itself.
