"Super easy process and very thorough inspection. They were available and fast to show up without me needing to be there. Initially, I was concerned because they are men of few words in their communication, but the service and report exceeded my expectations. It was well worth the cost to know exactly what I was about to buy. I am not a "car guy" and would have never caught many of the items they found (including an expensive bent control arm from a previous accident that was not fixed properly and a bad paint job related to the repair). In the end, I did not buy the car but I dodged significant repairs I would have never seen and an excellent bargaining tool. Well worth the money and I will be using the service again."
